About Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie

Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie was founded with the mission to make all women, regardless of body type, look and, more importantly, feel confident and beautiful. It is this mission that formed our slogan "Nurturing the Female Spirit."

Following a poor experience at the leading lingerie chain, our founder and CEO, Alicia Vargo, was determined to build an experience where customers were invited into a warm and loving environment where each woman is nurtured. The overall goal: "make every woman feel confident and beautiful".

In the summer of 2001, Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie was formed with a business plan that emphasized above all else... the customer. Two years following the launch of PamperedPassions.com, our first retail store was opened in beautiful Lone Tree, Colorado. To the delight of many, Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie was welcomed with open arms and became an immediate success helping hundreds of women find a properly fitting bra that was not only comfortable, but also beautiful.

Pampered Passions' second objective was to offer our customers among the largest selection and variety of distinctive lingerie. "We wanted to be different than the large department and bargain stores that offer the same brands", says Vargo. Pampered Passions scours the world for new and distinctive brands that are gorgeous, fit well and are affordable. Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie is now recognized as a leader in introducing new brands to the North American marketplace. Brands such as Lola Luna g-strings, imported from the south of France, and Axami, imported from Europe, have experienced exponential growth after being picked-up by Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie. "We recognize that the competition shops our web site to find new products", says Alicia, "that's why we're always shopping for something new, to stay ahead of the curve."

The third objective of Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie, is to give back to the community and help women. Pampered Passions' corporate culture emulates the values of its founder: respect, care and kindness. "Respecting the human factor in all aspects of our business is critical," says Vargo. We strive to build an environment where, above all else, mutual respect for the individual, including individual differences and idiosyncrasies, is maintained. This philosophy is critical as we strive to eliminate judgement of an individual and, rather, focus on developing the good found within every person. Respect for our customers, staff and many supplier partners is first and foremost.

Care and kindness go hand in hand at Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie. Following its wonderful success and acceptance, Pampered Passions immediately expanded into what matters most, helping people, particularly, helping women with breast cancer. Investments in inventory and staff were made to offer full service mastectomy services with professional, certified mastectomy fitters and top of the line breast forms, post-mastectomy camisoles and mastectomy bras. "The greatest pleasure and satisfaction come from helping a woman who is in emotional pain," says Alicia. "Financial success is needed to continue to provide what really matters most, helping more and more women look and feel beautiful and confident."

Vargo comments, “We can sew a pocket into almost any kind of lingerie, from a gown, to a camisole.  Breast cancer clients find they can feel pretty at whatever stage of their journey they are in, and not have to wear the old fashioned ‘Granny Bras’. They can feel pretty, sexy and confident.” Pampered Passion’s Fine Lingerie has a strong presence in the Medical Community working closely with Hospitals, Cancer Centers, Oncologists, Plastic Surgeons and Support Groups.

Being a 'feel good junky', Alicia expanded the reach of Pampered Passions' mastectomy program by partnering with the Highlands Ranch Recreation Association (Highlands Ranch was, at one point, the largest planned community in the U.S.) to raise money for various breast cancer related charities via an Annual Fashion Show. To the delight of many, this feel good fashion show has raised thousands of dollars and, perhaps more importantly, the spirit of thousands of people in the community.

In addition to their Annual Fashion Show, Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie gives back to the community in many other ways, such as donating thousands of dollars worth of intimate apparel to Dress for Success and donating time and money to other organizations locally and nationally.
