To create your personalized Bridal Registry, or wish list, simply follow these steps:
1) Create an account. You must first have a registered account to create a Bridal Registry and Wish List. To register please visit Create Account. You'll sign-up under the "Register New User".
2) After you have created your account, you must sign into your account using the login email and password entered in step 1.
3) Shop Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie website and add items to your wish list simply by selecting the "Add to Wish List" icon. Please don't forget to choose your color and size options. You may add and remove items to your wish list at any time simply by signing into your account. When done editing your bridal registry and wish list items, sign out or simply close your browser.
4) Share your bridal registry wish list with friends. Order Confirmation
After submitting your order, you will receive via e-mail a copy of the
order you submitted to confirm that your order was successfully transmitted.
Because this will be the only acknowledgement that you receive when

address. While we make every effort to have all merchandise in stock,
there may be times when we are out of stock. You will be notified by
email of any backorders.

Delivery
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Depending upon the delivery service selected, domestic shipments may take 1-4 days to be delivered from the United States Postal Service. Freight time for international shipments may take 4-14 days depending upon location.

Packaging
We respect our customers' needs for discretion. All orders are shipped
discreetly in a plain envelope or box. The return address label simply
states "PPFL" along with our address.
Shipping and Handling
Domestic Shipments:
Pampered Passions utilizes a simple flat rate shipping method of $6.95 for domestic shipments under $125.
We provide FREE shipping for domestic shipments over $125. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 2-5 days.
Express shipping is offered and calculated based upon the weight of the package. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 1-2 days.
International Shipments:
We offer two methods of shipping for International shipments.
Customers may choose a flat shipping rate of $10 for Canadian shipments and $18 for all other international shipments. Please note, this shipping method is not guaranteed nor does it provide accurate tracking information. By choosing this lower cost shipping alternative, the customer assumes full responsibility for their package once Pampered Passions' delivers the shipment to the post office. This means that the customer has no recourse or claim against Pampered Passions for non-delivered orders and/or orders lost. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 6-15 days.
Alternatively, we offer USPS Global Express service which allows for faster delivery, tracking and is insured against loss. This shipping method is calculated automatically by the postal service and is considerably more expensive than our flat rate shipping. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 3-5 days.
If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.
All backordered items ship out via standard delivery service.
Shipments include delivery confirmation, which the customer agrees is acceptable determination of shipment delivery and receipt by customer.
Payment Options
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged when
your order is placed. Our credit card transactions are always secure
using the latest encryption technology. For those who are uncomfortable

shipment will be sent until the credit card information is confirmed
accurate. International shipments over $150 may require payment via

RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
Most items purchased from Pampered Passions may be exchanged or returned within 20 business days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable.
Please note, for health reasons, we do not exchange nor accept returns on panties or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care. Due to the adhesive nature of NuBra items, we do not accept returns of NuBras. We do not accept returns for bra sizes above 38 bandwidth or DD cup. Costumes and Discount Category items (item code starts with dsc) are not returnable.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA # on the outside of the package and this return form within the package. Please make a copy of the return form for your records. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend returns be sent either insured or with delivery confirmation. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item(s). A $5.00 processing fee per item is applied to all returns (this fee does not apply for exchanges). Each shipment includes a convenient Return Form for simple, easy returns.
Holiday Return Policy
We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine's Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day. All other terms for returns apply.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the unlikely event that an order is charged and not successfully delivered, we require notification in writing (email is acceptable) in order to help resolve the problem. If you do not receive a response within five business days, please send a second email and phone us at 303-829-3164. Please allow us fourteen business days to research, respond and resolve disputes from the day we confirm, in writing, receipt of your confirmation. Any and all bank fees resulting from contested/disputed credit card charges will be charged back to the customer if the aforementioned dispute resolution process has not been followed.
