I’ve been noticing a disturbing trend at lingerie retailers in my area; I’m finding out more and more that sexy womens lingerie is losing its sexiness! The last
time that I went to the mall I was really disappointed in the selection of lingerie in all of the stores. It seemed as if they have all scaled back in the design of their lingerie.
Sexy lingerie is meant to be sexy, not boring and dull. I could barely find and lingerie in the color red, let alone any of the other bold colors. The store aisles and racks were filled with neutral tones of beige and gray.
There weren’t many super sexy items at all. I like some excitement when I’m buying sexy womens lingerie.
I was looking for some new lingerie in brighter, more exiting colors. I liked hot pink, bright red, and purple. These colors were really popular in fashion right now and I was hoping to extend the trend into my lingerie drawer.
I was planning on purchasing a couple of new corsets or bustierres with coordinating panties and maybe some fishnets. I had some satin and lace in mind with something sheer. I couldn’t find anything in any of the colors that I was looking for, let alone any of the fabrics.
The only sexy womens lingerie that I found was in basic black. While black will always be a classic color, I already have tons of black lingerie.
I was looking for something a little more vibrant and exciting, but apparently I was not about to find it in the mall. I did find the fishnets, but I was hoping to find thigh high fishnets instead of the full coverage ones. I decided not to purchase anything.
Afterwards, I went home to see if I’d have better luck online. Thank goodness, the online lingerie retailers still know what sexy is! I was able to find tons of colorful lingerie that was as sexy as could be.
I found all the colors that I wanted and the thigh high fishnets, and it took me less time to shop for these items than it took me just to drive to the mall.
Now when I am shopping for real sexy lingerie I pass up taking a trip to the mall and I instantly go online. I know I’ll find exactly what I’m looking for without any of the disappointment.
