Products marked with “Special Order” are items that are not regularly stocked, however, are made available to customers. Special Order items are purchased by Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie with the manufacturer as a courtesy to you, the customer.
Delivery Time for Special Orders:
The delivery time of Special Order items varies depending upon the manufacturer and U.S. customs. The vast majority of Special Orders are shipped approximately 14 days after receipt. This time frame may vary. You will receive an email confirmation when your Special Order is shipped.
Please note, many Special Order items are custom made and may require up to 3 weeks to be hand-cut and sewn by the Designer.

Payment & Return Policy for Special Orders:
Special Order items are placed with the supplier on behalf of the customer by Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie. We charge no fee for our Special Order program, however, payment for Special Order items will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Because we do not stock these items and the manufacturer will not accept returns, we can only provide refunds in the form of a store credit. You have 30 days to return Special Order items in their new condition with all tags and, if applicable, accessories attached.
We cannot accept returns nor provide refunds for damaged or soiled items.
