Perfect for Travel: P.J. Salvage's Top 3 Picks for Versatile Summer Vacation Cover-ups and Lingerie
P.J. Salvage is one of the leading manufacturers of fashionable, loungewear and women's intimates. This 13-year-old business is known for its luxury fabrics and chic patterns, and its flair for creating items that transition from nightwear to loungewear to everyday wear.
Sticking to the summer getaway theme, Cindi Lee, Rocky Mountain regional representative for P.J. Salvage has given us her top three picks for summer travel this season.
Day-to-night: Coronado Bay Dress. One of P.J.’s Salvages most popular items has been its long dress beach cover-ups, which can be worn to the beach or to a casual lunch or dinner out.
Swim cover-up or everyday wear: The Fiesta Del Sol Tunic. Cindi says this tunic is perfect as a swim cover and it can be turned into everyday wear with leggings or skinny jeans.
Summer Lingerie: P.J. Salvage Butterfly Beauty Chemise. P.J. Salvage’s chemises are popular with customers. This chemise has a chic print of polka dots and butterflies, and is made from super soft modal fabric.
As for what is next for P.J. Salvage, Cindi shared with us that the long dress and tunic styles are definitely staying around for 2011. “They are just too cute and easy to toss into your suitcase for weekend or vacation travel,” she said.

In addition, she gave us some insight into P.J. Salvage’s fall collection, which starts shipping in July. One of the key themes is the Peace Sign, which will be seen throughout a modal cotton grouping of separates. The line will feature “Peace Out” pants, shorts tanks, velour thermals – a whole mix of separate bottoms and solid tops. Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie will be carrying this line come Fall 2010. Stay tuned!
