Customer service and satisfaction are a top priority for Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie. We provide a 90 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return items for a prompt credit. Items returned within 30 days will receive a refund to the original form of payment. An online store credit will be provided for items returned after 30 days. A $5.00 restocking fee is charged per order (not per item) for returns. Exchanges and online store credits are not charged a return fee.

Items must be unworn and in new condition (no stains nor odors) with all tags and items attached. For health reasons, we do not accept exchanges nor returns on items that touch and/or cover the crotch nor on NuBra items, due to their adhesive nature.

WHO PAYS SHIPPING CHARGES?

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, many customers have asked "why don't you provide free return shipping like your competitors?"

This is where Pampered Passions provide greater transparency (and education) than our competitors. To our knowledge, no competitor provides free return shipping. What they provide is a free return shipping label, which, if you use it to return items, your credit card on file is charged for the return shipping fee.

We do not provide a free shipping label nor a return label within our packaging because we are eco-friendly and strive to reduce waste. Less than 2% of shipments are returned.

FREE SHIPPING ON EXCHANGES

Shipping of exchanges to USA customers is free! This is a one-time courtesy per order. Additional exchanges beyond one shipment, will be charged the applicable standard shipping rate.
