Pampered Passions' Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Domestic Shipments:
We provide FREE standard shipping for all domestic shipments over $75. Orders below this amount will be charged our standard shipping rate of $6.95. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 2-5 days.

Express shipping is offered and calculated based upon the weight of the package. Shipping time is approximately 1-2 days.

Shipments include delivery confirmation, which the customer agrees is acceptable determination of shipment delivery and as proof of receipt by customer.

International Shipments:
We offer two methods of shipping for International shipments.

Customers may choose a flat shipping rate of $10 for Canadian shipments and $18 for all other international shipments. Please note, this shipping method is not guaranteed nor does it provide accurate tracking information. By choosing this lower cost shipping alternative, the customer assumes full responsibility for their package once Pampered Passions' delivers the shipment to the post office. This means that the customer has no recourse or claim against Pampered Passions for non-delivered orders and/or orders lost. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 6-15 days.

Alternatively, we offer USPS Global Express service which allows for faster delivery, tracking and is insured against loss. This shipping method is calculated automatically by the postal service and is considerably more expensive than our flat rate shipping. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 3-5 days.

If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. All backordered items ship out via standard delivery service.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, you will receive via e-mail a copy of the order you submitted to confirm that your order was successfully transmitted, therefore, it is critical that you accurately provide your e-mail address.

While we make every effort to have all merchandise in stock, there may be times when we are out of stock. You will be notified by email of any backorders. Please note, due to spam protection measures by AOL, Hotmail and other popular email programs, emails may not reach the customer. Please call, 303-829-3164, if you have any questions or have not received an order confirmation.

DELIVERY
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Depending upon the delivery service selected, domestic shipments may take 1-4 days freight time to be delivered from the United States Postal Service. Freight time for international shipments may take 4-14 days depending upon location.

The above referenced delivery times are not a guarantee but a strong expectation. Pampered Passions will provide you with the best online customer service possible. If at anytime you would like personal assistance, you may call us 303-829-3164.

If your order is time sensitive, we encourage customers to communicate time requirement(s) within the Additional Information / Instructions area during checkout.

All cards are pre-approved and authorized at the time of order, however, no charges are made to your credit card until items are shipped.

PACKAGING
We respect our customers' needs for discretion. All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain envelope or box. The return address label simply states "PPFL" along with our address.

RETURN POLICY

Most items purchased from Pampered Passions may be exchanged or returned within 60 days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition (no stains nor odor), with all tags attached and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items nor prepackaged items, including stockings and other prepackaged items.

Please note, for health reasons, we do not exchange nor accept returns on panties or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care. Due to the adhesive nature of NuBra items, we do not accept returns of NuBras. Costumes and Discount Category items (item code starts with dsc) are not returnable.

Please print a copy of the return form and include with your return/exchange. Please note, Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie is a Green Company and strive to reduce waste. To this end, we no longer include a return form with every order, which helps reduce waste as less than 2% of orders are returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note, many customers are surprised that Pampered Passions' does not include a return label similar to other large department and chain stores. We do not for two reasons. First, we feel this practice by other stores is deceptive. Customers believe they are able to return an item for free, that is, with no return shipping fee. This is not typically the case. If the return label is used, your credit card is charged the return shipping fee. It is not free. We are a transparent company and believe all fees should be stated up front, clearly. Secondly, by not including a return label, we reduce waste.

We recommend returns be sent either insured or with delivery confirmation. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item(s). Pampered Passions' does not charge any restockings fee. No shipping charge will apply for exchanged items shipped to the customer.

Please note, orders which received Free Shipping will be charged $6.95 for shipping should there order total fall below $75.00 after exchanges and/or returns.

 

Holiday Return Policy
We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine's Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day. All other terms for returns apply.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions are binding by customer.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the unlikely event that an order is charged and not successfully delivered, we require notification in writing (email is acceptable) in order to help resolve the problem. If you do not receive a response within five business days, please send a second email and phone us at 303-829-3164. Please allow us fourteen business days to research, respond and resolve disputes from the day we confirm, in writing, receipt of your confirmation. Should we receive a contested/disputed credit card charge and the aforementioned dispute resolution process has not been followed a $25 fee will be assessed to research and process charge backs.
