It had been an Awful experience trying to find a Red Teddy thong that my wife had accidently lost. But after doing a google search and finding Pampered Passions those days of OLD are GONE.

I will Never Ever shop at another Lingerie store AGAIN!. YOUR quality and Professional staff speak Volumes. Oh and by the way the Item that I purchased A Very old Eyelash Red teddy that I thought never to be seen again. I don't know if you were the lady my wife and I spoke with on Wednesday (12/16) or not, or if you are the person I spoke to Thursday afternoon.

I will say this, you were absolutely right about making women feel very nurtured and cared for.  You also made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.  Everything about our first experience buying from your store was far beyond my expectations.  Even when I returned the next day, everything was ready (even the corset that was not in stock at your store the night before) and was nicely gift wrapped.  The lady (and I do mean lady) who handled my purchase handled my questions with a delicate honesty that made me very much at ease.

I don't know if you have a supervisor or manager (or whatever) that I could pass along my praise to.  In this day and age, I sincerely appreciate good customer service when I find it and I always mean to make sure the right people know when a customer is treated well (especially in an area as delicate as intimate apparel).  I would be more than happy to pass along my sincerest appreciation for the service we received and that as a result, we will be returning.
